This work illustrates the devastation of the Pine tree from the North American Pine Beetle due to warmer winters resulting in overpopulation. The substrate is handmade paper made from rain jacket tags, maps, receipts, Pokémon cards, and more that I picked up, despite the multitude of trail signs stating 'Pack out everything you pack in.' These trails are a part of Banff National Park, whose lands are indigenous to the Blackfoot Confederacy and the Métis.
